1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. If there is an impossibility to process the order in this time, you will be notified and

  • Shipping within the Netherlands:
    • Standard Shipping: Delivery Time, 1-3 business days
  • Shipping within the European Union:
    • Standard Shipping: Delivery Time, 3-7 business days
  • International Shipping (outside the EU): (Australia, Canada, Hong-Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New-Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, UAE, UK, USA)
    • Standard International Shipping: Delivery Time 10-20 business days 
    • Please note that shipping times for international orders vary based on destination and local customs processes.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • EU Orders: As we are based within the EU, customers ordering from EU countries will not encounter additional customs fees or import taxes.
  • Non-EU International Orders: For customers outside the EU, please be aware that SARPE is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to your order. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges before placing an order.

4. Order Tracking

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

While we aim to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition, SARPE is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as best we can.

Certain regions may be restricted due to carrier limitations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternative options or issue a full refund.
